    Grant Services

    At Career Bridge Pathways, we support organizations across the full funding lifecycle — from building the foundation to secure funding, to writing winning proposals, to managing awards after they're received. Our grant services are organized into three phases so you always know exactly where you are and what comes next. Not sure where to start or have questions about fit and investment?     Grant Readiness

    Before a single word of a grant proposal is written, your organization needs to be fundable. Grant Readiness is where we assess your current capacity, identify the right funding opportunities, and make sure you have everything in place to compete — and win. This phase is billable, strategic work that saves you from wasted applications and funder rejections down the road.

    Grant Readiness Assessment

    $400 flat fee

     A thorough review of your organization's fundability: mission clarity, financial health, program documentation, and grant history. Includes a curated list of 3–5 aligned funding opportunities and a readiness checklist so you know exactly what to address before applying.

    Grant Readiness Intensive

    $500–$750 flat fee

     Everything in the Assessment, plus a 90-minute strategy session, a 12-month funding calendar, and hands-on document coaching to close your readiness gaps. Best for organizations actively preparing to launch a grant program.

    Capacity-Building Package

    $500–$800 flat fee

    Designed for newer or zero-revenue organizations that need foundational documents before they can apply for funding. Includes mission/vision development, program description template, organizational budget template, logic model outline, and a list of 5 aligned prospects. Get grant-ready from the ground up.

    Grant Acquisition

    This is where the writing happens. We research the right opportunities, craft a compelling narrative built around your organization's story, and manage every detail through submission. Pricing is based on grant complexity — not just award size — so you always know what to expect before we begin.

    Small / Simple Grant

    $1,200–$1,500 flat fee

    Community grants, short-form applications, and opportunities with minimal attachments. Includes research, narrative writing, budget narrative, and submission. Up to 1 revision round.

    Medium / Standard Grant

    $2,000–$2,500 flat fee

    Foundation and corporate grants with multiple narrative sections, full budget requirements, and moderate attachments. Includes research, full narrative development, budget coordination, attachments, and submission. Up to 2 revision rounds.

    Large / Complex Grant

    Starting at $3,000 (contact for quote)

     Federal, state, and highly competitive foundation grants with multiple stakeholders, logic models, detailed budget narratives, and extensive attachments. Scope and pricing confirmed at discovery. Complex federal applications typically range $5,000–$7,500+.

    Retainer Packages

    Need ongoing grant support? Our monthly retainer packages give you a dedicated grant partner — with priority turnaround and predictable monthly investment.

    Basic Retainer

    $1,200/month

    1 grant proposal per month, prospect monitoring, and email support. Best for smaller organizations with steady but limited funding needs. 

    Standard Retainer

    $2,000/month

    2 grant proposals per month, monthly strategy check-ins, and priority turnaround. Best for growing nonprofits actively pursuing multiple funders. 

    Premium Retainer

    $2,800/month

    3 grant proposals per month, monthly strategy session, and light administrative support. Best for established organizations with high-volume funding needs.

    Grant Management

    Winning the grant is only the beginning. After an award is made, organizations are responsible for compliance, reporting, budget tracking, and ongoing funder communication — and this work is just as important as the proposal that started it. Career Bridge Pathways offers dedicated post-award support so your team can focus on delivering programs while we handle the administrative requirements that keep your funding in good standing.

    Grant Administration Support

    $500–$1,500/month retainer

    Monthly compliance monitoring, reporting assistance, budget tracking, and ongoing funder communication. Scope and rate based on award size and complexity.

    Report Writing (Standalone)

    $400–$800 flat fee

    Professional writing and formatting of a single progress or final grant report, aligned to your funder's requirements and submitted on time.

    Premium Retainer

    $85/hour

    Flexible hourly support for compliance tasks, drawdown requests, budget modifications, or funder communication as needs arise.

    Career Consulting Services

     If a funder's guidelines restrict AI use, we adjust our process accordingly to ensure full compliance. We ask all clients to share funder guidelines at project start so we can plan appropriately. 

     Every proposal begins with a detailed intake process where I learn your programs, outcomes, and goals. Nothing is submitted without your review and approval. You are always the final authority on what goes to a funder.
